Mentorship Program
The ECT Mentorship Program offers opportunities for those early in their careers at Northwestern IT to connect with volunteer mentors of greater experience levels.
Volunteer mentors are paired with their mentees to provide valuable support and guidance as their mentees progress in their new careers at Northwestern. The mentorship program allows mentees to develop and build relationships within their department as well as with teams from other departments.
Email earlycareers@northwestern.edu if you are interested in serving as a mentor or mentee.
