  • Monday to Friday: 8 a.m.–6 p.m. (CST)
  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed

The Northwestern IT Service Desk is closed on weekends, during Winter Recess, and on all University holidays.

  • Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: Closed

The University Library Walk-In location is closed from Tuesday, December 17, 2024, through Wednesday, January 1, 2025, and will reopen on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
